Your gift helps us provide STEAM and aviation opportunities to underserved youth. Every donation funds tablets, robotics, and hands-on learning experiences that inspire the next generation of innovators.

At Phoenix Love Foundation Corporation, our impact goes far beyond after-school activities — we’re helping close critical gaps in STEM and aviation career fields where women remain vastly underrepresented. Nationally, women make up only 28% of the STEM workforce and less than 10% of licensed pilots are female. In fields like engineering, aviation technology, and robotics, the lack of early exposure and access contributes to this gender gap. To help change this narrative, we’ve launched Sprouting Minds Enrichment Club LLC STEAM Enrichment Camps in multiple Gwinnett County Schools, reaching over 60 students in our first year — more than 70% of them girls from underserved communities. These camps create safe havens that combine STEAM learning with Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and career exploration, giving girls opportunities they may not find elsewhere.

To continue expanding our impact, we urgently need tablets for coding and research, aviation kits for flight experiments, and robotics equipment to give students hands-on experience with real-world technology. By investing in these tools, donors and partners help bridge gender gaps in STEM, equip students with 21st-century skills, and inspire the next generation of female pilots, scientist, engineers, and innovators.

Through our unique aviation education and lifestyle skills training, youth learn discipline, focus, and resilience — while gaining exposure to aviation careers and life skills that build confidence and independence. Donations help us provide simulator software, technical training resources, uniforms, hands-on tools, and mentorship opportunities that keep their dreams airborne.
