Our Mission and Vision

 Phoenix Love Foundation Corporation (PLF) is a faith-based nonprofit organization, passionately led by the guidance of God to educate, empower, and inspire youth to become all they were created to be. At the heart of our mission is the belief that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, heal, and thrive.

PLF proudly powers the Sprouting Minds Enrichment Club After School Program and Enrichment Camps—trusted spaces designed to serve as a haven for children who might otherwise be left home alone, living with abusers, exposed to exploitation, or navigating unsafe environments. We are committed to breaking cycles of trauma, poverty, and neglect by building a refuge of hope, growth, and transformation through the love of Christ.

                        Our Founders

Phoenix Love Foundation was founded by two passionate women of faith, Nicole Graham and Precious Banks, who share a God-given vision to create safe spaces where children can discover their worth, unlock their potential, and rise from adversity.

• Nicole Graham, a compassionate advocate, minister, and human resources professional, brings a powerful blend of spiritual depth, practical insight, and leadership to the foundation. With a background in child advocacy, ministry, and human resources, Nicole has spent her career training, equipping, and standing up for those without a voice. Her deep understanding of emotional and developmental needs, combined with her passion for justice and healing, fuels her commitment to make sure no child feels unseen, unheard, or unsafe. Her work is both a calling and a crusade—to restore hope where it’s been lost and to help every child rise into their God-given purpose.

• Precious Banks, a dynamic leader and educator, combines her passion for innovation with her heart for children. With expertise in curriculum development, enrichment programming, and holistic learning, Precious ensures that every program under PLF nurtures the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. She believes that through faith and access to opportunity, children can rise above their circumstances and step boldly into their God-ordained purpose.

Together, Nicole and Precious lead Phoenix Love Foundation with empathy, excellence, and unwavering faith, creating programs that transform pain into power, isolation into belonging, and fear into faith.

This is more than childcare—this is about protection, purpose, and restoration. Through our programs, we are answering a divine calling to build a refuge of hope and opportunity. We provide not only academic enrichment, but emotional safety, spiritual guidance, mentorship, and life skills. Our children deserve more than survival; they deserve the chance to thrive.

We are deeply moved by the urgency of our mission—because no child should have to wait for safety. Every day without support is another day a child may face fear, neglect, or harm. Phoenix Love Foundation is standing in the gap, but we cannot do it alone.
