The Phoenix Love Foundation is launching an initiative to build energy-efficient, affordable tiny home communities for single parents and families facing housing insecurity. Our vision is to create safe, dignified neighborhoods where families can stabilize, rebuild, and move toward long-term independence.

These communities will provide:
• Affordable, sustainable tiny homes in properly zoned areas
• A supportive environment for single parents, with a special commitment to single mothers
• Access to education, childcare, and lifestyle skills programs through PLF and SMEC
• Lower energy costs through efficient, green building practices

To make this vision a reality, we are actively seeking grants, funding, and land to build these communities in properly zoned areas across Georgia.

We invite:
• Landowners willing to donate or discount zoned property
• Tiny home builders and developers
• Corporate partners and foundations
• Individual donors and impact investors

Phoenix Love Foundation powers Sprouting Minds Enrichment Club (SMEC), a dynamic STEAM-based afterschool and camp program for K–8 students. Through aviation, drones, robotics, science labs, art, and academic tutoring, SMEC helps students build confidence, curiosity, and real-world skills.

Our next step is to expand SMEC into full-service STEAM Learning Centers and eventually STEAM-focused schools that will serve students year-round. These centers will include:
• Dedicated STEAM classrooms and makerspaces
• Aviation and flight simulator labs
• Drone and robotics labs
• Tutoring and academic support spaces
• Life skills and wellness rooms

To bring this vision to life, we are seeking investments and support for:
• Facility acquisition, lease, or build-out for the SMEC Learning Center
• Construction and renovation of STEAM labs and classrooms
• Robotics kits, drones, aviation simulators, computers, and technology equipment
• Scholarships and program funding for students from underserved communities
• Operational support to expand afterschool and weekend programming
